Description

  • Work with product teams to design highly scalable, flexible, and resilient software solutions.
  • Partner with system architects and product owners to re-architect products for serverless, containerized cloud deployment.
  • Contribute to development and transformation efforts that improve developer productivity and delivery timelines.
  • Ensure products and solutions meet code quality, application security, accessibility, and 508 compliance standards.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide improvement feedback to developers based on company standards and best practices.
  • Support new talent acquisition, onboarding, and training on development tools, processes, and standards.
  • Support business development activities, including technical RFP responses, effort estimates, and demonstrations.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain templates under defined guidelines and coding standards.
  • Collaborate with development and business analysis teams to understand system design and functionality.
  • Perform unit testing, gap analysis, impact analysis, and maintain project artifacts as needed.
  • Communicate technical impact, root cause, and corrective actions to team leads and management.
  • Work on proof-of-concepts and new initiatives while following corporate policies, including HIPAA privacy and security rules.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of software development experience.
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting technical issues in standard or custom programs.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies.
  • Ability to work well in teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and able to multitask while meeting deadlines.
  • Analytical skills and sound problem-solving thinking.
  • Healthcare domain experience is a plus.
  • Experience with COTS products such as COGNOS, CRM, IVR, Oracle E-Business Suite, IBM DataStage, IBM Watson Analytics, Salesforce, PEGA, MuleSoft, FileNet, SharePoint, Oracle SOA, Pitney Bowes EngageOne, or EDIFECS XEngine.
  • Experience implementing end-to-end solutions using a COTS product.
  • Experience customizing COTS tools to solve complex problems.
  • Experience integrating COTS solutions with large-scale web applications and relational databases.
  • Experience with single sign-on (SSO) integration and IAM tools.
  • Experience identifying and resolving security vulnerabilities in web applications.
  • Experience designing and implementing COTS tools.
  • Experience overseeing COTS implementations and working with third-party vendor escalations.
