Description

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable software systems and engineering platforms.
  • Develop production-grade solutions using Go and TypeScript.
  • Build internal tools, platforms, services, APIs, and infrastructure for engineering teams.
  • Contribute to AI-native and agentic systems and the infrastructure supporting them.
  • Use and evaluate AI-powered development tools such as OpenAI Codex, Claude, and Cursor.
  • Work with cloud technologies across Azure and/or AWS.
  • Solve complex engineering and architectural problems involving scalability, reliability, performance, and developer experience.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and technical stakeholders on robust solutions and architectural decisions.
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly and contribute to engineering best practices in distributed teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Go and TypeScript.
  • Experience solving complex engineering and architectural problems beyond feature delivery.
  • Platform engineering experience building tools, systems, services, or infrastructure used by other engineers.
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as OpenAI Codex, Claude, Cursor, or similar.
  • Experience building AI, AI-native, or agentic systems, or platforms supporting AI workloads.
  • Experience with Azure and/or AWS; experience with both is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles, system design, scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Fluent English; candidates must be based in Portugal or Brazil.
  • Experience with AI/LLM platforms, agentic architectures, developer platforms, internal tooling, APIs, distributed systems, or cloud infrastructure is preferred.
