Description

  • Develop and maintain Kotlin/JVM-based backend tools, console applications, utilities, and automation pipelines.
  • Develop and support Python-based Blender rendering pipelines, including scene processing, automation, and production rendering workflows.
  • Build platform components for preparing catalogs, launching processing pipelines, converting 3D models, and supporting internal production workflows.
  • Create tooling for 3D content processing, geometry, scene preparation, wall generation, model conversion, and other math-heavy tasks.
  • Process data from APIs, databases, JSON, XML, and other sources.
  • Transform assets such as images, 3D models, and videos into different formats.
  • Import and export 2D/3D data to and from formats such as .dxf, .dwg, and .blend.
  • Write high-performance code using parallel and concurrent programming approaches to maximize CPU and GPU usage.
  • Build multi-threaded processing pipelines using coroutines, threads, Rx, promises, futures, and Java streams.
  • Research and evaluate technologies related to 3D, rendering, media formats, data processing, and production automation.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Java and/or Kotlin on the JVM.
  • Practical experience with Python and willingness to work deeply with Python-based Blender rendering pipelines.
  • Good understanding of the JVM ecosystem, including Gradle, dependency management, modular code structure, debugging, profiling, logging, and performance optimization.
  • Solid SQL knowledge, including SQLite, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, clean architecture, and maintainable code design.
  • Ability to work with math-heavy, data-heavy, or algorithmic tasks and turn them into stable production solutions.
  • Ability to write clean, reliable, high-performance code and cover critical logic with tests.
  • Knowledge of Linux and common Linux ecosystem tools.
  • Fluent English.
  • Experience with Python, C, or C++ is nice to have.
  • Experience with libraries such as Spring, Dagger, JUnit, and Apache Commons is nice to have.
  • Understanding of 2D and 3D technologies such as OpenGL, WebGL, ray tracing, or Blender is nice to have.
  • Understanding of mathematics, geometry, or computer vision is nice to have.
  • Understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and related technologies is nice to have.
