Description

  • Lead the technical design and development of the portal as the project’s Optimizely expert.
  • Collaborate with the Architect and Development Lead to design a robust, scalable solution.
  • Guide developers on Optimizely implementation best practices, code quality, and performance.
  • Coordinate with the Senior Project Manager, Product Owner, and Scrum Master on solution integration.
  • Optimize portal performance against technical and business benchmarks.
  • Oversee testing and quality assurance activities.
  • Communicate technical insights, risks, and progress to project stakeholders.
  • Drive innovative solutions that improve user experience and business value.
  • Train and mentor team members on Optimizely technologies.
  • Manage technical risks and act as the primary technical liaison with Optimizely vendors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience with the Optimizely platform, including CMS and Commerce.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Lead on large-scale web portal projects.
  • Strong knowledge of .NET, C#, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, and cloud platforms.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments with Scrum teams.
  • Experience integrating third-party services and APIs with Optimizely.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Optimizely certification, such as Optimizely Developer Certification, is highly desirable.
