Description

Design and deploy scalable machine learning models for fraudulent listings and harmful chat behavior detection.
Build multimodal systems that compare ad images and descriptions to identify discrepancies and hidden manipulation tactics.
Identify emerging scam patterns and rapidly iterate on features to close loopholes in moderation logic.
Optimize human-in-the-loop routing for gray-area content to support manual moderators and reduce operational workload.
Define north star metrics for safety and track model and moderation impact.
Communicate technical trade-offs and findings to product teams and other stakeholders.

Requirements

5+ years of experience, ideally in moderation or fraud detection domains.
Expertise in supervised and unsupervised machine learning.
Proven experience in NLP and LLMs for text classification, sentiment analysis, and understanding nuance and intent.
Experience with computer vision, including image classification and object detection.
Ability to deploy models into high-throughput production environments.
Strong experience developing and deploying machine learning models for fraud detection.
Ability to keep models current and maintain high precision as fraud patterns change.
Very good written and spoken English, at C1 level.
B2B-only full-time availability starting in May 2026 through December 2027.
Remote work aligned to CET working hours.
