Description

  • Consolidate product, marketing, CRM, and transactional data into reliable datasets.
  • Analyze feature usage, user journeys, retention drivers, acquisition efficiency, LTV, and campaign ROI.
  • Design and run A/B tests, cohort analyses, and causal-impact experiments.
  • Build models for revenue optimization, churn prediction, segmentation, and subscription forecasting.
  • Translate analytical findings into product changes, growth experiments, and operational KPIs.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and clear data stories for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, engineering, and country teams to standardize metrics and provide training.
  • Identify data-quality issues and implement remediation processes and robust ETL checks.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in data science or analytics.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation, modeling, and production prototyping.
  • Experience integrating diverse data sources and building reliable analytical pipelines.
  • Knowledge of experiment design and causal inference methods.
  • Practical machine-learning experience with classification, regression, segmentation, and model evaluation.
  • Experience with product analytics tools.
  • Ability to build dashboards using Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Strong business orientation and ability to connect technical findings to measurable outcomes.
  • Proactive ownership of end-to-end delivery with limited supervision.
  • Experience with subscription businesses, monetization, marketing attribution, or LTV modeling is preferred.
  • Frontend or backend development experience for tracking or small UI changes is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Airflow, dbt, Spark, or similar data-engineering tools is preferred.
  • Experience working across international markets and multilingual datasets is preferred.
