Description

  • Guide clients in turning ideas into tangible products and shaping design direction around business and user needs.
  • Help clients clarify and strengthen business objectives through design.
  • Plan and execute small-scale UX research and user testing.
  • Collaborate with client design teams on design systems, brand adherence, product design, and accessibility standards.
  • Facilitate workshops and small-scale creative problem-solving sessions.
  • Support Design and Technical Leaders in project execution and timely delivery.
  • Work closely with client teams and cross-functional partners throughout the product design process.
  • Create logical, consistent, and scalable design solutions grounded in systems thinking and best practices.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of commercial experience at Senior Product Designer level.
  • Deep knowledge of user interface design across rich web apps/websites, mobile applications, and enterprise/B2B software.
  • Practical experience across the full product design lifecycle, including UI design, user journeys, personas, and prototypes.
  • Experience helping customers, development teams, and colleagues apply a user-centred design process.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Miro and Figma, or equivalent.
  • Understanding of modern web technologies and their constraints and possibilities.
  • Experience evaluating products with customers and conducting user testing on a small scale.
  • Experience delivering in an agile environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Experience in an enterprise development setting (preferred).
  • Ability to code is not required, but welcomed (preferred).
