Description

  • Make outbound calls to potential members and identify their needs.
  • Explain Nadia Care’s services and the membership journey to prospective members.
  • Answer questions about the organization and its care model.
  • Check potential members’ eligibility for enrollment.
  • Register members in the program and schedule their first appointment.
  • Maintain member databases and keep information up to date.
  • Collaborate with the Growth Team and share feedback from potential members.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Bilingual Spanish speaking required.
  • Call center, sales, or community outreach experience.
  • Outgoing personality with enthusiasm for serving members who need support.
  • Good listening skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using technology and digital platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to take direction, learn quickly, and work independently.
  • Fully remote role open only to candidates in the contiguous United States.
  • Availability to work 8:30am-5:30pm ET, with at least two days per week from 11am-8pm ET.
  • Temporary role for approximately six months, with potential to grow into a full-time position depending on business needs.

Benefits

  • Compensation of $22-$28 per hour, based on years of direct relevant experience.
  • Annual paid holidays.
  • Unlimited time off for salaried exempt employees after the 90-day introductory period.
  • Three weeks of paid time off for full-time non-exempt employees after the 90-day introductory period.
