Description

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment across Software Engineering, Data, and Product roles.
  • Own the full hiring lifecycle for technical and product positions within client teams.
  • Partner with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and Product leaders to refine hiring approaches and align on hiring needs.
  • Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines across multiple technical domains and seniority levels.
  • Deliver a strong candidate experience through timely communication, thoughtful feedback, and advocacy.
  • Use recruitment data to monitor hiring velocity, quality of hire, and process efficiency.
  • Collaborate with sourcing and delivery specialists to improve tools, share learnings, and enhance delivery quality.
  • Adapt quickly to changing client priorities and hiring challenges in high-growth environments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience recruiting for Engineering, Data, or Product roles within tech scale-ups or high-growth environments.
  • Strong understanding of technical hiring landscapes, including modern engineering stacks and data and product org design.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms such as Greenhouse or Ashby, and analytics dashboards.
  • Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders such as CTOs, VPs, and Product leaders.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset with comfort navigating technical complexity and ambiguity.
  • Curiosity and credibility in technology conversations, with the ability to ask sharp questions and learn quickly.
