Description

  • Partner with hiring managers to structure and run effective hiring processes.
  • Help define the skills needed for each role and how candidates should be assessed.
  • Manage hiring processes from initial sourcing through to offer and close.
  • Source and attract talented candidates from a range of backgrounds.
  • Promote diversity, inclusiveness, and a strong candidate experience throughout recruitment.
  • Work to make the application and interview process smooth, respectful, and efficient for candidates.
  • Use data to evaluate hiring processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Work with different stakeholders and adapt your approach to their needs.
  • Help convince candidates to join Monzo and maintain candidate interest during the process.

Requirements

  • Experience recruiting for fast-paced, product-focused companies, especially in tech.
  • Strong commitment to inclusiveness and diversity.
  • Experience sourcing candidates and a resourceful approach to talent search.
  • Empathy, adaptability, and respect for candidates’ needs and priorities.
  • Ability to work with a range of stakeholders with different needs.
  • Ability to assess candidates based on skills rather than just previous job titles or qualifications.
  • Experience recruiting in-house at a startup or scale-up is preferred.
  • Experience working directly with senior stakeholders is preferred.

Benefits

  • Salary of £45,000 - £65,000 dependent on experience.
  • Flexible working hours.
  • Remote work available within the UK, with occasional travel to the London office.
