Description

  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, Product, Data/ML, Design, and IT/Security roles from intake through offer.
  • Proactively source and engage candidates through job boards, sourcing tools, technical communities, referrals, and outbound outreach.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future technical hiring needs.
  • Deliver a strong candidate experience that supports Doxel’s technical talent brand.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role scope, must-have skills, and calibrated interview loops.
  • Develop sourcing playbooks and technical screening frameworks with the recruiting team and technical leadership.
  • Use recruiting data such as pipeline conversion, time-to-fill, and source effectiveness to improve hiring speed and quality.
  • Maintain ATS hygiene and accurate hiring-status reporting.
  • Advise hiring managers on market conditions, competitive offers, and realistic timelines.
  • Flag pipeline and market risks early so leadership can adjust hiring plans.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in high-growth SaaS or startup environments.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple technical functions, including Engineering, Product, Data/ML, Design, and IT/Security.
  • Comfort sourcing passive candidates directly rather than relying only on inbound applicants.
  • Working knowledge of technical role requirements to screen for skill and calibrate seniority across functions.
  • Proficiency with ATS tools such as Lever or Greenhouse.
  • Experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and GitHub.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort pushing back on hiring managers when needed.
  • Ability to work as a full-time contract role for 3–6 months with potential for extension.
