Description

Manage day-to-day administration of benefits and leave policies.
Lead the end-to-end benefits renewal process.
Establish and implement new benefits programmes.
Ensure benefits programmes are compliant, aligned to Monzo’s global benefits strategy, and support business goals.
Liaise with external benefits brokers and vendors to ensure strong service delivery.
Partner with Procurement, Third Party Risk, Tax, People Operations, Payroll, and other People teams to onboard suppliers and design seamless processes.
Respond to benefits queries and escalations while supporting Monzonauts.
Analyze benefits data to inform programme management and decisions.
Support Monzonaut education, communication, and engagement around benefits.

Requirements

Experience administering and managing UK benefits.
Experience ensuring benefits programmes are compliant and meet legislative requirements.
Strong knowledge of employee benefits trends.
Excellent project management and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
Ability to prioritise high-impact work and maintain strong attention to detail.
Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in learning and growing, even if you do not meet every requirement.

Benefits

Salary of £46,300 - £62,700.
