Description

  • Source passive talent for critical technical roles across Europe and North America.
  • Pivot to support new business areas and non-technical positions as hiring needs change.
  • Work closely with recruiters to understand hiring needs and deliver qualified candidates.
  • Screen candidates for nuanced roles and assess alignment with role requirements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and data integrity throughout the hiring process.
  • Partner with coordinators, hiring managers, and interviewers to create an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Act as a consultative talent advisor by staying informed on the external market.
  • Use research and peer knowledge-sharing to uncover new sourcing tactics.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in technical recruiting.
  • Deep expertise in passive candidate sourcing.
  • Creative, out-of-the-box sourcing approach.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct independent research and use data to influence stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience in high-volume business environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and navigate ambiguity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Greenhouse and Gem preferred, but not required.
  • Must be based on the East Coast or willing to work East Coast hours.
  • Availability for a 6-month contract.
  • Open to fully remote work or hybrid work near a MongoDB hub office.
