Description

  • Lead day-to-day procurement operations and provide guidance and mentorship to procurement team members.
  • Manage procurement engagements from intake through contract execution.
  • Lead negotiations for standard commercial and legal terms using approved templates and playbooks.
  • Coordinate reviews with Legal, Information Security, Risk, Finance, and business stakeholders.
  • Support supplier onboarding and due diligence activities.
  • Manage contract renewals, amendments, change orders, and standard Statements of Work.
  • Maintain procurement trackers, contract pipelines, documentation, templates, and reporting repositories.
  • Track and report procurement KPIs, including cycle time, completed contracts, renewals, savings, cost avoidance, and vendor onboarding metrics.
  • Provide guidance to business stakeholders on procurement policies and contracting processes.
  • Support sourcing events such as RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs.
  • Identify and implement process improvements through automation, standardization, and procurement system optimization.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Vendor Management, or Contract Administration.
  • Experience negotiating IT supplier agreements, including SaaS, AI, cloud, hardware, telecom, and operations categories.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, dashboards, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM), ERP, or procurement platforms such as GEP, Coupa, SAP Ariba, or Ivalua is an asset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
