Description

Plan, launch, manage, and optimize lead generation campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, Snapchat, and other paid channels.
Generate high-quality buyer and investor leads for Dubai off-plan real estate projects.
Run campaigns targeting international markets including the UK, GCC, Europe, India, Pakistan, China, Russia/CIS, and Africa.
Manage campaigns for overseas property roadshows, investor events, exhibitions, and sales launches.
Monitor and improve performance against CPL, CPQL, conversion rate, booking rate, and ROAS targets.
Work with the sales team to assess lead quality and refine targeting and campaign performance.
Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and developers to produce ad creatives, landing pages, lead forms, and other campaign assets.
Set up and manage tracking using Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, conversion APIs, and related tools.

Requirements

3–4+ years of experience in Performance Marketing or Media Buying.
Proven experience running paid campaigns for Dubai real estate agencies, developers, or off-plan property projects.
Demonstrated success generating qualified international real estate leads.
Strong expertise with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
Solid understanding of audience targeting, campaign optimization, bidding strategies, retargeting, and conversion tracking.
Experience managing advertising budgets and improving lead quality while maintaining target CPL.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent English communication skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
