Description

  • Execute local digital marketing campaigns according to regional strategy, business objectives, target audiences, budgets, and timelines.
  • Adapt regional campaigns for Japan based on local customer behavior, market trends, language, culture, and channel dynamics.
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across LINE, Yahoo! Japan, Google, and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop and localize ad copy, social content, landing pages, email campaigns, and short-form videos.
  • Drive lead generation through paid media, digital campaigns, landing pages, forms, and events.
  • Coordinate CRM, database, and landing-page activities with the global marketing team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, designers, contractors, and external partners on campaign production.
  • Monitor impressions, CTR, CPC, CPL, conversion rates, lead volume, ROI, and ROAS to optimize performance.
  • Provide Japan-market insights and competitor observations to the Marketing Lead.
  • Prepare regular campaign performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Requirements

  • Native-level Japanese and strong professional English fluency.
  • Demonstrated experience marketing to Japanese B2B audiences.
  • Familiarity with Japan’s digital advertising ecosystem and local platforms.
  • Experience managing paid digital campaigns and optimizing performance metrics.
  • Experience with lead generation, landing pages, forms, CRM coordination, and campaign reporting.
  • Experience developing and localizing digital marketing content.
  • Preferred experience in electronics, manufacturing, engineering, technology, or another technical B2B sector.
