Description

  • Respond to customer calls, emails, and chats and resolve concerns with accurate, empathetic support.
  • Specialize in live phone support and guide customers through the replacement order process.
  • Triage incoming cases to determine whether issues were caused internally or by customer changes.
  • Open, review, and edit Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop files to diagnose print issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to route customers from general support to the Print Quality queue.
  • Document technical details and case information in Salesforce to track trends and recurring issues.
  • Prepare replacement order requests so the Processing Team can fulfill them without further investigation.
  • Support general customer service tasks during peak seasonal periods.

Requirements

  • Must reside in one of the eligible states for this seasonal remote role.
  • Seasonal availability from September through December 2026.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adjust tone for live interactions.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro; Lightroom is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Google Suite.
  • Ability to think critically and solve complex print and design problems quickly.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, team-oriented environment and take feedback well.
  • Ability to work a schedule that includes at least one weekend day.

  • Hourly compensation of $20.32 in Geo 2 locations.
