Description

  • Write 3 to 4 long-form articles per month for a single client.
  • Produce articles of approximately 2,000 to 3,000 words over a writing cycle of about two weeks.
  • Develop content primarily from subject-matter-expert interviews supported by desk research.
  • Complete a questionnaire and outline before drafting each article.
  • Revise content through two rounds of edits based on feedback.
  • Learn each client’s products or services and target audience before writing.
  • Translate interview insights into content aligned with the client’s product, reader level, and content strategy.

Requirements

  • Strong writing ability with clarity of thought and the ability to build logical arguments.
  • Natural curiosity and willingness to research a topic deeply before writing about it.
  • Detail-oriented approach and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to understand how content fits into the broader product, client, and strategy context.
  • Open to feedback, advice, and new processes or ways of working.
  • Empathy for both the reader and the client perspective.
  • Interest in continuously improving writing skills.
  • Willingness to explain complex topics clearly.
  • Must not be in full-time employment.
  • No background in fintech or financial services is required, but a willingness to learn is necessary.

Benefits

  • Pay starts at $300/£250 per article during training.
  • Pay increases to $450/£350 per article after training and demonstrated proficiency.
  • Payment clients are paid $600/£500 per article once trained.
  • Potential long-term contract of at least 6 months after the probation period.
  • Possible full-time position for interested candidates.
  • On-time monthly payments, usually on the first Friday of the month.
  • Flexible schedule that lets you work when articles are delivered on time.
