Description

  • Write 3 to 4 articles per month for one client.
  • Produce long-form articles of approximately 2,000 to 3,000 words over a roughly two-week writing cycle.
  • Develop articles primarily from subject matter expert interviews combined with desk research.
  • Complete one outline and two rounds of edits for each article.
  • Revise content based on feedback from the Mint Studios team.
  • Complete a comprehensive questionnaire and outline before drafting the first version.
  • Learn each client’s products or services and the target audience before writing.
  • Work within Mint Studios’ content process and methodology for conversion-focused content.

Requirements

  • Strong writing ability and a genuine interest in improving as a writer.
  • Ability to explain complex topics clearly and logically.
  • Curiosity and willingness to research a topic thoroughly before writing.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Comfort receiving feedback, asking questions, and learning new processes.
  • Ability to understand content in the context of product, client, and strategy.
  • Empathy for both the reader and the client perspective.
  • Must not be in full-time employment.
  • No background in fintech or financial services is required, but willingness to learn is essential.

Benefits

  • Starting pay of $300/£250 per article.
  • Pay increases to $450/£350 per article after training and demonstrated quality, typically after 3 to 4 articles.
  • Payment clients are paid $600/£500 per article once trained.
  • Potential for a long-term contract of at least 6 months after passing probation.
  • Potential opportunity for a full-time position.
  • On-time monthly payments, usually on the first Friday of the month.
  • Flexible work schedule as long as articles are delivered on time.
  • Detailed, specific feedback and support during the editing process.
  • Opportunity to grow into a content strategist role from within.
