Description

  • Record ~1-minute short-form videos for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts that explain educational tips, practice problems, or career information.
  • Present practice problems and talking points naturally and authentically on camera without editing.
  • Deliver content with energy, clarity, and personality to keep viewers engaged.
  • Use a dry-erase board or pen-and-paper demonstrations to explain educational concepts.
  • Create video content that feels fast-paced, relatable, and informative for the target audience.
  • Submit a sample video featuring yourself on camera presenting the provided script and solution.
  • Maintain strong on-screen confidence, audio quality, video quality, and authenticity in all submissions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of on-camera experience on TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, or similar platforms.
  • Clear, confident, and friendly on-screen delivery.
  • Ability to make educational or informational content feel fast-paced and engaging.
  • Access to a smartphone or camera, microphone, and good lighting for recording.
  • Comfort using visual teaching methods such as writing and solving problems on a dry-erase board or using pen-and-paper demonstrations.
  • Clear and readable handwriting for visual demonstrations.
  • Resume and a sample video are required with the application.
  • Sample video must be no longer than 2 minutes and show you on camera with your own handwritten problem and solution.
  • Preferred experience creating content for adult or nontraditional learners.
  • Preferred background in education, advising, or communication.
  • Preferred familiarity with short-form content pacing, hooks, and trends.
