Description

  • Create daily hooks, angles, concepts, and campaign ideas.
  • Write high-converting ad copy and video scripts.
  • Develop clear, performance-focused creative briefs.
  • Analyze creative performance and iterate on winning concepts.
  • Research competitors, trends, offers, and creative opportunities.
  • Collaborate with media buyers, creators, and editors to scale winning campaigns.
  • Own the creative angle from concept to conversion across Meta, TikTok, and other paid channels.

Requirements

  • Proven experience writing copy that drives sales for DTC brands or apps.
  • Strong direct-response marketing background.
  • Deep understanding of consumer psychology and conversion principles.
  • Experience with Meta Ads, UGC creative, hooks, retention, offers, and positioning.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and turn insights into new creative.
  • Strong command of AI tools for research, ideation, and scripting.
  • Ability to move fast, test often, and thrive in a high-performance environment.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
  • Only candidates with proven experience and work samples will be considered.
