Description

  • Converse with the model on document preparation scenarios and theoretical LaTeX questions.
  • Challenge the model on complex equation formatting, multi-language document support, Beamer presentations, TikZ graphics, package troubleshooting, and collaborative editing workflows.
  • Verify formatting accuracy and logical consistency in model outputs.
  • Capture reproducible error traces and document failure modes.
  • Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
  • Document issues thoroughly to help harden model reasoning.
  • Apply LaTeX expertise to assess scientific and academic document preparation outputs.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Tagalog is required.
  • Expert-level knowledge of LaTeX document typesetting and mathematical formatting.
  • Experience with bibliographic management, package customization, template development, and cross-referencing techniques.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field is ideal.
  • Professional experience in academic publishing, technical writing, or scientific communication is preferred.
  • Clear, metacognitive communication and the ability to show your work are essential.
  • Ability to work remotely as a contractor.
  • Must provide a secure computer and high-speed internet.
  • Experience evaluating or troubleshooting advanced LaTeX features such as Beamer or TikZ is preferred.

Benefits

  • Pay range of $8 to $65 per hour, based on experience, expertise, and geographic location.
