Description

  • Create and maintain onboarding and role-specific training programs.
  • Develop e-learning courses, scripts, videos, quizzes, and activities.
  • Create and maintain product and software training materials and update them as products change.
  • Research documentation and synthesize information into clear learning materials.
  • Support LMS administration.
  • Manage multiple training projects and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across L&D, Product, Operations, and HR.
  • Support broader learning and development initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong curiosity and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to research and synthesize complex information.
  • Comfort with learning and using new software and tools.
  • Creative approach to learning and content development.
  • Strong organization and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and asking questions.
  • Perfect written and spoken English.
  • Residing in Istanbul city center.
  • Learning and development or instructional design experience (Synthesia experience preferred).
  • LMS experience.
  • E-learning or video production experience.
  • Experience with HRIS/LMS platforms.
  • Experience in SaaS, healthcare, or technology.
  • Knowledge management or documentation experience.
  • Experience creating onboarding programs.
