Description

  • Lead the creative evolution of client brands across multiple brands and sub-brands.
  • Provide creative direction, inspiration, and conceptual/aesthetic guidance for campaigns, experiential work, and design projects.
  • Contribute hands-on to creative development and production from ideation through delivery.
  • Present concepts persuasively and use customer research and best practices to support recommendations.
  • Manage and improve accountability, morale, and creative team performance.
  • Allocate creative resources and talent to support project success.
  • Collaborate with account leadership, discipline leads, and cross-functional teams on client goals and growth.
  • Participate in new business pitches and organic business development.
  • Develop and evolve the creative practice and internal ways of working.
  • Critique major deliverables and participate in executive creative leadership reviews.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of global experience working with a wide range of clients and brands, ideally in agency or client-side roles.
  • Experience as a conceptual digital creative with a background in copywriting or art direction.
  • Strong portfolio showing work across brand, digital, and integrated campaigns.
  • Ability to concept, pitch, and execute big brand ideas across multiple touchpoints.
  • Experience working with offshore or regional delivery teams, including briefing and quality control.
  • Strong understanding of digital work beyond traditional ad formats and budgets.
  • Ability to leverage data and research to identify opportunities and inform creative vision.
  • Strong passion for innovation, emerging technologies, and the role of AI in creativity.
  • Experience building and nurturing diverse, global creative teams (preferred).
  • Automotive and production experience is highly desired.
