Create short-form learning videos including theory capsules, GIF-style videos, avatar videos, and client-scenario videos.
Design mobile-first video content in portrait format, with landscape adaptations where needed.
Edit video, add subtitles and overlays, and apply motion graphics to a premium standard.
Maintain consistent transitions, framing, voice, and music aligned with the CXG Learn style.
Adapt and repurpose content across formats, languages, and learning paths.
Source or integrate stock and AI-generated visuals where appropriate.
Collaborate with marketing and learning teams and iterate quickly based on feedback.
Apply and help maintain CXG Learn creative and video guidelines.

Requirements

3+ years of experience producing short-form video or motion content, ideally for premium or digital-first brands.
Proficiency with editing and motion tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, or similar.
Strong short-form video and motion design skills with a premium sensibility.
Experience creating portrait/mobile-first video, subtitles, overlays, and motion graphics.
An eye for pacing, rhythm, and visual storytelling.
Proficient French speaker.
A showreel or portfolio demonstrating polished, on-brand video.
E-learning or luxury/retail experience is a plus.
Bonus experience with avatar-based content, AI video tools, or sound design.
Efficient, organized, proactive, adaptable, and collaborative in a remote, deadline-driven environment.
