Description

  • Edit raw footage and source material into ready-to-publish videos.
  • Create content for Reels, YouTube Shorts, advertisements, and other digital platforms.
  • Apply pacing, visual structure, motion graphics, and kinetic text to maintain viewer retention.
  • Ensure videos align with the company’s brand style and quality standards.
  • Manage multiple videos through production in a fast-paced workflow.
  • Communicate reliably and deliver edits within required turnaround times.
  • Perform quality assurance and structured review of completed videos.

Requirements

  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Strong Adobe After Effects skills, including motion graphics and kinetic text.
  • Professional video editing experience with a strong portfolio or relevant work samples.
  • Experience editing Reels and YouTube Shorts.
  • Demonstrated ability to create high-retention content.
  • Strong creative direction, visual taste, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours.
  • Reliable internet connection and remote-work setup.
  • Experience with performance marketing, UI/UX, SaaS, websites, apps, or quality-control processes preferred.
