Description

  • Produce polished 2D and 3D video creatives for mobile game advertising.
  • Own the full production of creative assets from concept through final delivery.
  • Use motion design, composition, color, and animation principles to create compelling visual storytelling.
  • Work across After Effects, Blender, and Unity within a modern production workflow.
  • Collaborate closely with creative developers, other motion designers, and a Creative Producer.
  • Use AI and new technologies to improve production speed while maintaining creative quality.
  • Contribute ideas, propose concepts, and help push creative quality and innovation.
  • Adapt to technical workflows beyond traditional motion design and support Homa’s creative scaling efforts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Motion Designer in mobile games.
  • Strong hands-on experience in 2D and 3D motion design for high-performing mobile game video ads.
  • Experience in mobile gaming or ad creative production environments with strong creative output.
  • Proficiency with Unity, After Effects, and Blender.
  • Strong understanding of composition, color theory, motion quality, and animation principles, including the Disney 12 principles.
  • Ability to work autonomously, make decisions with limited feedback, and navigate ambiguity.
  • Ability to balance speed and quality in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Proactive mindset and strong team spirit in test-and-learn environments.
  • Experience using AI tools in production is a bonus.
  • Creative ideation experience is a bonus.
  • Hand drawing, storyboard, sketching, or illustration skills are a bonus.
  • Based in or willing to work within European time zones (UTC to UTC+3).
