Description

  • Schedule and publish approved content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, X, and other platforms.
  • Adapt captions, sizing, links, and uploads to meet platform-specific requirements.
  • Run quality-control checks on every post before publication.
  • Monitor comments, direct messages, and mentions across client accounts multiple times daily.
  • Respond to routine interactions, draft responses requiring manager input, and escalate high-risk issues within the defined SLA.
  • Execute reposting and cross-posting schedules and identify additional resurfacing opportunities.
  • Pull monthly analytics, populate reporting templates, and flag notable weekly metric changes.
  • Maintain content calendars, track statuses, and proactively identify deadline risks.
  • Conduct weekly competitor scans and maintain organized Canva, Drive, and approved asset libraries.
  • Support client onboarding and contribute feedback to improve execution processes and QC checklists.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in social media coordination, community management, or digital marketing execution; agency experience strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience scheduling and publishing content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other major platforms.
  • Familiarity with Sprout Social, Later, Buffer, or similar scheduling tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, including identifying formatting issues, broken links, and typos.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Organized, self-directed approach to maintaining systems and workflows.
  • Clear written communication skills for community responses and internal escalation.
  • Comfort working remotely in a fast-paced environment with defined processes and tight turnaround times.
  • Experience with Canva for basic resizing and formatting preferred.
  • Familiarity with social analytics exports, project management tools such as Asana, Monday, or Notion, or regulated industries preferred.
