Description

  • Monitor relevant subreddits for discussions about Study.com, online education, and related products.
  • Participate in Reddit conversations with helpful, informative, and authentic responses.
  • Build a credible presence through consistent, long-term engagement across relevant communities.
  • Identify trending topics, learner pain points, and questions to inform engagement opportunities.
  • Track brand mentions and respond to inquiries, reviews, and comments in a timely manner.
  • Escalate negative sentiment, misinformation, and competitor mentions to the appropriate team.
  • Submit daily activity logs with links to completed posts, comments, and interactions.
  • Prepare weekly performance summaries covering successes, challenges, and recommendations.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of proven Reddit engagement, demonstrated by an established account, or 2 years of community engagement experience on another platform.
  • Deep familiarity with Reddit subreddit cultures, community norms, posting etiquette, and moderation practices.
  • Strong writing skills and a natural, conversational tone.
  • Ability to create responses that prioritize helpfulness and information over promotion.
  • Understanding of community engagement, brand visibility, and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).
  • Self-motivated and able to maintain consistent engagement without direct supervision.
