Description

  • Maintain and improve AWS infrastructure, Linux environments, and internal applications.
  • Support infrastructure provisioning, containerized workloads, CI/CD pipelines, and application deployments.
  • Perform infrastructure maintenance, security patching, and vulnerability remediation.
  • Resolve internal IT support requests, including account provisioning, access management, connectivity, and end-user issues.
  • Investigate infrastructure and application incidents, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement preventative fixes.
  • Administer Google Workspace, Atlassian Cloud, Slack, and Microsoft 365, including configurations, permissions, integrations, and user lifecycle management.
  • Build scripts, integrations, and automated workflows across IT support, cloud infrastructure, and business systems.
  • Implement security controls and support access reviews, security monitoring, and ISO 27001-aligned compliance activities.
  • Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and infrastructure records in line with change-management procedures.
  • Identify and deliver cloud and SaaS cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, cloud engineering, systems administration, or a similar role.
  • Hands-on AWS experience, including IAM, EC2, VPC, S3, and core AWS services.
  • Experience administering Linux systems, troubleshooting issues, and applying security patches.
  • Working knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern application deployment practices.
  • Scripting and automation experience with Python, Bash, or similar languages.
  • Experience administering SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Atlassian Cloud, or Slack.
  • Understanding of identity and access management, security best practices, and least-privilege principles.
  • Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2.
  • Ability to troubleshoot infrastructure, applications, and end-user technical issues while supporting IT operations.
  • Valid work authorization required; visa sponsorship is not available.
  • Infrastructure as Code experience, such as Terraform (preferred).
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS EKS, GitHub Actions, PostgreSQL, n8n, observability tools, vulnerability management, or FinOps principles (preferred).
