Description

  • Prepare and execute end-to-end, user acceptance, system integration, and non-regression test cycles.
  • Analyze business requirements and process flows to design test scenarios, test scripts, and test documentation.
  • Perform data quality, consistency, and integrity checks after data mock and production migrations.
  • Track, document, and manage defects in Jira and coordinate retesting with technical teams.
  • Work closely with migration teams, developers, finance users, and business stakeholders to align scope, priorities, and blockers.
  • Support go-live readiness by monitoring test progress, providing status updates, and conducting root cause analysis.
  • Validate cross-system dependencies with a strong focus on Salesforce-related processes, SAP integrations, and order management.
  • Support testing coordination across the Order-to-Cash chain, including end-to-end business process execution.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working strictly in the fintech or financial services sector.
  • Hands-on testing experience in Salesforce is absolutely required.
  • Hands-on testing experience in SAP environments is required.
  • Pure manual / functional testing background; automation scripting experience is not the focus of this role.
  • Full-time availability with the ability to start no later than June 1, 2026.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
  • Strong ability to coordinate across multi-disciplinary teams and manage stakeholders proactively.
  • Nice to have: functional understanding of SAP BRIM or complex billing system integrations.
  • Nice to have: familiarity with Agile delivery models and Jira.
  • Nice to have: experience with formal UAT governance, business testing coordination, data migration testing, or financial process reconciliation.
