Description

  • Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment supporting digital video operations.
  • Troubleshoot video and system playback issues and respond quickly to operational problems.
  • Identify recurring issues and propose short-term and long-term solutions.
  • Apply technical knowledge of digital video and audio to resolve common issues.
  • Collaborate in a changing production environment with clear verbal and written communication.
  • Support video-related workflows across a 40-hour weekly schedule on a Tuesday-to-Saturday or Sunday-to-Thursday shift.

Requirements

  • British Sign Language is required.
  • 2-4 years of experience working with digital video.
  • Strong technical knowledge of common digital video and audio issues.
  • Passion for digital video and knowledge of the film and TV industry.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, and changing environment.
  • Experience taking initiative and troubleshooting video/system playback issues.
  • Track record of responding quickly and decisively to issues.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced spreadsheet knowledge.
  • Professional or advanced proficiency in any other language is a plus.
  • Must have valid UK work authorization with no sponsorship needed.
