Description

  • Execute local digital marketing campaigns aligned with regional strategy, business objectives, budgets, audiences, and timelines.
  • Adapt regional campaigns for Japanese customer behavior, language, culture, market trends, and channel dynamics.
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across LINE, Yahoo! Japan, Google, and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop and localize advertising, social, landing-page, email, and short-form video content.
  • Drive lead generation through paid media, digital campaigns, landing pages, forms, and events.
  • Coordinate CRM, database, landing-page, content, and campaign-production activities with global teams, agencies, designers, and external partners.
  • Monitor and optimize performance using impressions, CTR, CPC, CPL, conversion rate, lead volume, ROI, and ROAS.
  • Provide Japanese market insights and competitor observations to the Marketing Lead.
  • Prepare regular campaign performance reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Coordinate with the existing Japan-based contractor and collaborate closely with the Marketing Lead.

Requirements

  • Native-level Japanese proficiency.
  • Strong professional English fluency.
  • Demonstrated experience marketing to Japanese B2B audiences.
  • Familiarity with Japan’s digital advertising ecosystem and platforms such as LINE, Yahoo! Japan, and Google.
  • Experience with paid media management, lead generation, campaign optimization, and performance reporting.
  • Experience creating or localizing digital marketing content across advertising, social, landing pages, email, and video.
  • Experience coordinating with internal teams, agencies, designers, and external partners.
  • Experience in electronics, manufacturing, engineering, technology, or another technical B2B sector preferred.
