Description

  • Support customer-specific service level agreements for top shippers.
  • Monitor load operations and identify potential challenges before they escalate.
  • Manage communication and resolve load-related issues when they arise.
  • Coordinate with customers’ TMS platforms to ensure timely and accurate updates.
  • Track and trace shipments with urgency to meet service expectations.
  • Communicate proactively with carriers, partners, and drivers by phone, email, SMS, and other messaging tools.
  • Report delays and issues with upcoming, active, or completed loads to key stakeholders.
  • Consistently meet performance expectations for service and tracking.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to maintain high levels of customer service.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box.
  • Familiarity with U.S. geography.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to overcome challenges.
  • Call center customer service experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work 07:00-16:00 CST, Thursday through Monday.
  • Must successfully complete electronic background checks as a condition of employment.
