Description

  • Meet with clients remotely via video, chat, and email to provide guidance on budgeting, retirement readiness, equity compensation, and related financial topics.
  • Adapt the LearnLux methodology to financial planning topics relevant to Sweden and the broader Nordic region, including Norway, Finland, and Denmark.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute subject matter expertise to improve the LearnLux digital experience.
  • Learn and own the details of client benefit plans to support open enrollment as an extension of the client’s team.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create outlines, review lessons, and approve content for the LearnLux digital platform.
  • Lead employer engagement campaigns, including digital webinars and occasional on-site events.

Requirements

  • An active Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Financial Advisor (CFA), or similar financial planning/advisory designation.
  • Fluent English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently, prioritize work, and take direction from multiple team members.
  • Experience across multiple areas of personal finance, including retirement, equity compensation, investments, budgeting, debt management, cash flow planning, digital currencies, estate planning, and insurance.
  • Passion for educating individuals and helping them take control of their financial future.
  • Fluency in other Nordic languages such as Danish, Norwegian, and Finnish is preferred.
  • Startup and/or fintech experience is preferred.
  • Experience creating presentations and presenting to large audiences is preferred.
  • Located in Sweden and available to work remotely on a contractor basis.
