Description

  • Meet with clients remotely via video, chat, and email to provide guidance on budgeting, retirement readiness, equity compensation, and related topics.
  • Adapt LearnLux’s financial planning methodology to topics relevant to Denmark, Norway, Finland, and Sweden.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to share subject matter expertise and improve the digital experience.
  • Become an expert on client benefit plans and support open enrollment as an extension of the client’s team.
  • Work with the content team to create outlines, review lessons, and approve content for the digital platform.
  • Lead engagement campaigns for employer partners, including digital webinars and occasional on-site events.

Requirements

  • Active Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Financial Advisor (CFA), or similar financial planning/advisory designation.
  • Fluent English and Danish, both written and spoken.
  • Experience across multiple personal finance areas, including retirement, equity compensation, investments, budgeting, debt management, cash flow planning, digital currencies, estate planning, and insurance.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently, prioritize work, and take direction from multiple team members.
  • Passion for educating individuals and helping them take control of their financial future.
  • Fluency in Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish is preferred.
  • Startup and/or fintech experience is preferred.
  • Experience creating presentations and speaking to large audiences is preferred.
