Description

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle from posting roles through offer negotiation and hire closure.
  • Source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms rather than relying on inbound applicants.
  • Conduct screening calls and serve as the primary candidate contact throughout the hiring process.
  • Partner with US hiring managers to align on role requirements, calibrate candidates, and provide pipeline updates.
  • Manage multiple open searches at once while keeping candidate pipelines organized and moving.
  • Handle interview scheduling, logistics, candidate communication, and other hiring administration tasks.
  • Use AI tools to improve sourcing, outreach, screening, and recruiting workflows.
  • Track and report on pipeline metrics such as volume, conversion rates, and time-to-fill.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in Workable ATS.
  • Build and improve recruiting automations and process improvements to reduce manual work.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Proven experience hiring US-based candidates for Senior and Director-level roles.
  • Strong sourcing experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools in a recruiting context for sourcing, outreach, screening, or workflow automation.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to candidate outreach and search execution.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience managing multiple searches simultaneously with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with G-Suite applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Preferred: experience recruiting for Engineering roles.
  • Preferred: experience using Workable ATS.
  • Preferred: experience using Rippling or a similar HRIS.
  • Preferred: experience building recruiting automations and process improvements in an ATS.
  • Preferred: experience working remotely with US-based teams across time zones.

Benefits

  • PHP 69,500 – PHP 88,500 per month, depending on experience, plus incentives.
  • Statutory benefits including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, 13th month pay, and taxes.
