Description

  • Understand customers' finance and procurement processes.
  • Lead discovery sessions to identify business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into system configuration.
  • Configure the platform following implementation best practices.
  • Advise customers on process improvements and automation opportunities.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training sessions, and go-live activities.
  • Help customers adopt the platform and maximize business value.
  • Explain new product features and their impact on business processes.
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Technical Consultants, Product Specialists, and Customer Success teams.
  • Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong customer experience.

Requirements

  • Professional experience in Finance, Accounting, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Purchasing, Business Administration, or similar business functions.
  • Experience implementing ERP, Financial Systems, or SaaS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Purchase-to-Pay, Source-to-Pay, Accounts Payable, or Spend Management processes.
  • Experience working directly with customers during software implementations.
  • Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into functional system configurations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional-level English for a customer-facing role.
  • Experience with Medius, Oracle Financials, Oracle NetSuite, SAP FI / MM, Microsoft Dynamics AX / Finance & Operations, Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central, Infor M3, Coupa, Basware, Ariba, or Jaggaer (nice to have).
  • Experience with Power BI, SQL, or other business intelligence/reporting tools (nice to have).
