Description

  • Lead, mentor, and grow backend and frontend engineering teams.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct performance reviews, career development planning, and hiring activities.
  • Define and drive system architecture across .NET microservices and React applications.
  • Ensure system scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
  • Guide development of DDD-based microservices and distributed systems.
  • Oversee API design for REST, gRPC, and event-driven architectures.
  • Lead the design and development of scalable, maintainable React applications.
  • Own delivery timelines, sprint planning, and technical estimations.
  • Collaborate with Product, QA, and stakeholders to align priorities and deliver high-quality releases.
  • Oversee CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, containerization, monitoring, and incident management.
  • Enforce secure coding practices and modern authentication mechanisms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
  • 8+ years of software engineering experience with strong hands-on expertise in .NET and C#.
  • 3+ years of experience as a manager or lead.
  • Proven experience managing and scaling engineering teams.
  • Strong experience with React.js and modern frontend architectures.
  • Deep understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
  • Experience with REST APIs, gRPC, and event-driven architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL Server, Entity Framework Core, and performance tuning.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments.
  • Solid understanding of software design principles including SOLID, Clean Architecture, and design patterns.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in high-growth startups or scaling environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Angular is a plus.
  • Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms is preferred.
  • Background in building high-availability, enterprise-grade systems is preferred.
