Description

  • Lead the redesign and update of SharePoint pages to improve usability, functionality, and communications alignment.
  • Collaborate on integrating ServiceNow with existing systems to build a user-friendly intranet-style portal.
  • Enhance communication platforms by applying technical expertise to SharePoint and ServiceNow.
  • Work closely with the Communications and Engagement team to align technical solutions with team strategy and goals.
  • Provide training and support to team members on using SharePoint and ServiceNow.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and help implement solutions for platform-related challenges.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in SharePoint design and customization.
  • Experience with ServiceNow and integrating it with other tools or systems.
  • Previous experience in a communications or employee engagement role.
  • Ability to translate technical solutions into communication strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical team members.
  • Experience with other enterprise communication tools (preferred).
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a corporate environment (preferred).
  • Knowledge of intranet best practices and employee engagement strategies (preferred).
