Description

  • Lead efforts to understand the existing Salesforce implementation and identify gaps between current and desired states.
  • Take ownership of ongoing maintenance and support for the existing Salesforce build.
  • Contribute to new development work, including features of varying size and complexity.
  • Create clear documentation and technical artifacts to support development and maintenance.
  • Inform and implement strategies for CI/CD, test automation, and AI-driven software development.
  • Collaborate closely with the core project team, including technical and business stakeholders, to ensure a successful transition.
  • Support Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ administration and development.
  • Plan, execute, and manage launch roadmaps and ongoing development work.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in Sales Cloud and CPQ.
  • Proven experience leading the ongoing development and administration of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ.
  • Expert-level understanding of the SFDC ecosystem, architecture, and best practices.
  • Experience working in agile environments and participating in standard agile ceremonies.
  • Strong experience with CI/CD, code review, QA preview/review, and test automation.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and manage launch roadmaps and ongoing development work.
  • Skilled in creating clear documentation and technical artifacts.
  • Ability to align technical development with business objectives and deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • This is a 40-hour-per-week contract role for an initial six-month engagement, with potential for extension.
  • Must be able to work and reside in the continental United States; candidates requiring immigration sponsorship are not eligible.
