Description

  • Own root cause analysis and resolution for critical incidents and complex order-flow issues.
  • Design and implement hotfixes and enhancements for the client’s SAP Commerce platform.
  • Review code, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers.
  • Collaborate with the SDM on governance and KPI reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with PCI, ADA, and security standards.
  • Participate in release planning and CAB meetings.
  • Cross-train team members on Hybris, Java, and GraphQL integrations.
  • Promote and enforce information security practices across the team.
  • Assess and report security risks affecting information assets and data privacy.
  • Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of SAP Commerce (Hybris) development experience.
  • 2+ years of technical leadership experience.
  • Deep expertise in SAP Hybris modules including payment integrations, order management, cart and checkout, and promotion engine.
  • Strong experience with Java/J2EE, Spring MVC, OCC APIs, and SAP ECC/S4 integration.
  • Experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting complex Hybris issues.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automated testing frameworks.
  • GraphQL knowledge for API-driven integrations.
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours and provide on-call support for P1 issues (Arizona time zone).
  • Offshore work model with overlap for U.S. hours.
  • Experience leading Hybris projects overall.
