Description

  • Own the technical execution of new client onboardings from start to finish.
  • Deploy core services such as Basekit, Acronis, Blackpoint, and Ironscales during partnership launches.
  • Configure user enrollment, DNS/DKIM/SPF, routing rules, and alerting setup.
  • Obtain access to client systems, coordinate with outgoing IT, and manage software/platform transitions.
  • Execute technical offboarding by decommissioning access, transferring or archiving data, and ensuring secure handoff.
  • Maintain accurate records in ConnectWise, ITGlue, and Rocket Lane, including contacts, tags, links, and project updates.
  • Monitor Fleet and OBOF progress and ensure projects are completed on time.
  • Support onsite technicians for Network Connect clients and capture all technical details in ITGlue.
  • Support Sidekick projects and assist the Projects team on other technical work during slower periods.
  • Continuously improve onboarding templates, documentation, and processes in collaboration with leadership.

Requirements

  • 3+ years working in IT.
  • Knowledge of common business technologies and cloud infrastructure components.
  • Experience working in diverse technical environments.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and high technical proficiency.
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply new techniques and processes.
  • Personable communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of a client organization.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical solutions for end users.
  • Must be located in the United States.
  • Full-time remote work with a dedicated home office and stable internet connection.
  • Preferred schedule of 8:00am-5:00pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Competitive compensation of $65,000-$70,000 USD annually, depending on experience, with an open-ended contract.
