Description

  • Own the technical execution of new client onboardings from kickoff through handoff.
  • Deploy core services such as Basekit, Acronis, Blackpoint, and Ironscales across new partnership launches.
  • Configure user enrollment, DNS, DKIM, SPF, routing rules, and alerting during onboarding.
  • Obtain access to client systems and coordinate software or platform transitions with outgoing IT teams.
  • Execute technical offboarding by decommissioning access, transferring or archiving data, and completing secure handoffs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in ConnectWise, ITGlue, and Rocket Lane, including contacts, tags, links, and client-specific details.
  • Monitor Fleet and OBOF progress and ensure work is completed on schedule.
  • Support onsite technicians for Network Connect clients and capture all technical details in documentation.
  • Assist with Sidekick projects and other technical work during slower periods.
  • Improve templates, documentation, and onboarding processes in collaboration with leadership.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working in IT.
  • Knowledge of common business technologies and cloud infrastructure components.
  • Experience working in diverse technical environments.
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply new techniques and processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and high technical proficiency.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to users at all levels, from front desk staff to CEOs.
  • Personable and able to work directly with clients.
  • C1 or higher proficiency in English.
  • Full-time remote work with a dedicated home office and stable internet connection.
  • Preferred working hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday except holidays.
