Description

  • Plan learning design projects with instructional designers to keep timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables on track.
  • Translate project plans into clear task lists and monitor progress across the team.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders across departments and align expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Organize and track project approvals and reviews, following up proactively to keep workflows moving.
  • Support people management by assigning projects based on skills fit, monitoring capacity, and escalating bottlenecks.
  • Develop and manage a limited number of e-learning projects as an instructional designer.
  • Support training launches and create clear, engaging internal and client-facing communications.
  • Contribute to process improvements that strengthen team collaboration and scale INFUSE Academy operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of mid- or senior-level instructional design experience or a similar L&D role.
  • At least 1 year of experience in team coordination, leadership, or project management within learning or related fields.
  • Strong AI literacy, with experience creating custom GPTs and scaling solutions across teams as a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, including experience managing change within teams.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships internally and externally.
  • Highly organized with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable adjusting plans based on shifting priorities.
  • Team-oriented approach with the ability to keep work moving in a collaborative, supportive environment.
  • Impeccable spoken and written English skills.
