Description

  • Plan learning design projects with instructional designers and ensure timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables are met.
  • Translate project plans into clear task lists and monitor progress across the team.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders and other departments throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Organize and track project approvals and reviews, following up proactively to keep workflows moving.
  • Support people management by assigning projects, monitoring capacity, and escalating bottlenecks.
  • Develop and manage a limited number of e-learning projects as an instructional designer.
  • Support training launches and craft clear communications for internal and client-facing audiences.
  • Contribute to process improvements that increase collaboration and scalability across INFUSE Academy operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of mid- or senior-level instructional design experience, or a similar role in L&D.
  • 1+ year of experience in team coordination, leadership, or project management within learning or related fields.
  • Strong AI literacy; experience creating custom GPTs and scaling solutions across teams is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with experience managing change within teams.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and building internal and external relationships.
  • Highly organized with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to adjust plans based on shifting priorities.
  • Team-player mindset with the ability to keep work moving in a collaborative environment.
  • Impeccable English oral and writing skills.
