Description

  • Research and test AI tools relevant to learning content production.
  • Refine workflows until output quality meets the required standard.
  • Document and standardize validated workflows for broader team use.
  • Train the production team on new tools and processes.
  • Build courses and learning assets using the workflows developed.
  • Own the full cycle from strategy and testing to operationalization and delivery.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • A solid foundation in composition, typography, and color theory.
  • Experience with data visualization and visual storytelling.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for AI, including independent experimentation and systems thinking.
  • Ability to move from testing to documentation to teaching without losing momentum.
  • Strong self-organization and the ability to run open-ended initiatives with minimal direction.
  • Experience working at the intersection of design craft and AI experimentation (preferred by role context).
  • Comfort working in a non-traditional role that combines R&D, operations, and education.
