Description

  • Research and test AI tools relevant to learning content production.
  • Refine workflows until output quality meets the required standard, then document and standardize them.
  • Train the production team on validated tools and processes.
  • Build courses and learning assets using the workflows developed.
  • Own the full cycle from strategy and testing to operationalization and delivery.
  • Develop open-ended initiatives with minimal direction.
  • Apply design principles to learning content and visual assets.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Solid foundation in composition, typography, and color theory.
  • Experience with data visualization and visual storytelling.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for AI and independent experimentation with new tools.
  • Ability to move from testing to documentation to teaching without losing momentum.
  • Strong self-organization and the ability to run open-ended initiatives with minimal direction.
  • Experience or comfort working in systems and process-oriented ways.
  • Ability to work in a role that combines design, R&D, operations, and education.
