Description

  • Research and test AI tools relevant to learning content production.
  • Refine workflows until output quality meets the required standard, then document and standardize them.
  • Train the production team on validated tools and processes.
  • Build courses and learning assets using the developed workflows.
  • Own the full cycle of strategy, testing, operationalization, and delivery.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Solid foundation in composition, typography, and color theory.
  • Experience with data visualization and visual storytelling.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for AI, with independent experimentation and systems thinking.
  • Ability to move from testing to documentation to teaching without losing momentum.
  • Strong self-organization and the ability to run an open-ended initiative with minimal direction.
