Description

  • Research and test AI tools relevant to learning content production.
  • Refine workflows until the output quality meets standards, then document and standardize them.
  • Train the production team on newly validated tools and processes.
  • Build courses and learning assets using the workflows developed.
  • Own the full cycle from strategy and testing through operationalization and delivery.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Strong foundation in composition, typography, and color theory.
  • Experience with data visualization and visual storytelling.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for AI and independent experimentation.
  • Ability to move from testing to documentation to teaching without losing momentum.
  • Strong self-organization and ability to run open-ended initiatives with minimal direction.
  • Experience thinking in systems.
  • Comfort working in a role that combines design, R&D, operations, and education.
